- not a big enough water container, meaning frequent emptying

- I had to exchange the first model i bought as it just stopped working after 3-weeks. The replacement has been fine so far.

+ Dries up rooms and gets rid of musty smells it is amazing where all the water it extracts comes from and rooms feel a lot warmer. most of my family now have one in their house/flats

- Can be a little noisy at maximum setting

- The machine rattles and makes so much noise. I thought it would be about as noisy as a fridge motor but this is 10 times more noisier.

+ does what it says onthe box and is very quiet compared to others

- tank a bit fiddly and small
