+ Everything is good about this product.Its design, function and guarantee. We've always had Hoovers in the past, but they became so unreliable we switched to the "All Floors". The cleaning power is far superior to any othe machine we've had.

+ It is so easy to use, and so efficient. I could not beleve how much cleaner my carpets were even though I thought my other cleaner worked OK. It is also s much easier to empty and I no longer have to buy the dust bags.

+ Very good suction, as expected. Filters look easy to clean, although I have not needed to do this yet. Brush bar is powered by separate motor and can be switched off. Easy to manoeuvre with ball, but someone with arthritis might find it a bit heavy. You can see how much dirt is in it.

- Does not hold much dirt, but is easy to empty. I just dump it in the kitchen bin and it gets put out with the rubbish. Seems too expensive, in common with all Dysons. Time will tell if it is worth it.
