Excellent design and very easy to empty. No dust on hands like other bagless cleaners. Great suction and fits into awkward corners easily. Light to carry and the handle makes that easy. Doesn't make your back ache like so many other cleaners.
Superb edge-cleaning, definitely the best vacuum-cleaner I've ever had!

It's a little bit tricky to get the hang of taking the handle off to use the tools, but OK once you get used to it.

More expensive than many other similar models but I think it's worth it.
When stretching out the hose you need to be quite fit and strong as the tension is quite powerful. However it stretches right to the top of my stairs.

Its easy to use around the furniture, I like the fact that when switching to hard floors the button for it is near the top of the hoover. The hose is great as it reaches the top of the stairs no problem and is quite light to carry upstairs.
-
The onboard tools, the small brush that clips on top of the small pipe attachment, whilst being stored, is difficult to get off and I ended up breaking it so I now have to hold it in place because to use the small brush it has to sit on this small pipe. Bear this in mind when taking it off! Also the instructions are not quite as easy to follow as there is quite a few clip actions you have to do when emptying the barrel and for me they were not quite clear enough. My husband got the jist of it!
