+ picks up really well - the house seems so much cleaner. Emptying the cleaner is much easier.

- The tools are very awkward to use. The pole is too rigid.

+ Strong suction, possibly even stronger than my original DC03 model.

- Far too bulky in storage and in use - e.g. cannot do under the beds and other furniture because of the very large 'body' of the machine.

+ I find this vacuum easy to us. I've had one before. I actually find it better than the later models. I can't see why they would want to keep changing something which is good.

+ As the owner of several dysons myself I bought this one for a very old lady who has a cleaner and what a difference it has made as I knew it would I recommend the dyson to everyone all my friends and family now have one and I would not exchange it for any other cleaner
