- QUALITY INSPECTION, BELT NOT ATACHED TO DRIVE ON RECEIPT, HAD TO CONSULT DYSON

+ Gets close to edges of cupboards/ walls etc. Easy to see when it needs emptying, and easy to empty, without bags to mess about with.

- No stair attachment included - this would make stairs easier, rather than the very small attachment which is included - and the 'proper' tool is very expensive !

+ Picks up dog hairs no problem

- Keep catching the on/off button when replacing the hose

+ Easy to use, easy to empty, ease in attachments. Good pick up

- Heavy, but it does all and more a vacumn should, so is not really a problem

- even though the telescopic hose is fantastic and makes cleaning the stairs so easy,pulling the hose is pretty difficult because of the weight, you're pretty tired by the time you've finished!

+ Powerful, Excellent suction. Holds a far more dust than the Dyson ball so I don't have to empty it so often.

- Even when firmly put on, the nozzal attachment keeps falling off after a short time , and hose kinks easily - making it hard to use and reducing suction. Neither of these problems happened with my old Dyson!
