Mega, Inverness I hate housework.
- Good points:
- It has a lot of power and does a very good job. You can see how much dirt/pet hair etc is coming off the floors. Works well on hard floors too. This product was a replacement for an older Dyson which had a pet hair attachment. I find this works as well if not slightly better than the model with the pet hair tool.
- Bad points:
- The flexi hose and tools are fiddly - and I have managed to take the hose completely off the machine by accident several times. I have modified how I use it now, so that I use the hose all around the room first and then use the main vacuum. I preper to be able to quickly and easily use the hose as needed.

Good suction, long enough lead, plenty of tools to use and no problems switching off and on as I read some where before. Really pleased with it. Easy to take to bits to clean.
- Bad points:
- Not really a bad point but the only thing I can't do is get it under my bed to clean where the DC03 did but I have plenty of tools to get there.
