Dutch Barn Playhouse

+ Looks good, not too difficult to assemble, after working out the errors in the plan.

- Floor panel too thin and weak, I had to add cross timbers.
Assemble plans were incorrect, only when the felt was being used, worked out what too lengths of timber were for. It didn't list them in the part list, or show them be utilised in the build.
Plans show screws in middle facia panels, if you had put them there, they would have missed the main timbers and gone in to the actual panels.

+ Purchase price good

- Poor design / build qaulity for roof construction

+ easy to assemble
spacious inside
solid and well finished
plenty of headroom for adults

- a piece of roof purlin missing
small window pane cracked on assembly, due to being slightly larger, than the frame

+ easy to build

- could be slightly taller as some children are very tall for their age

+ excellant for children to play in and be safe and feel that the have there own little space which is theres

- putting it together
