+ This product helps save a lot of time correcting typing errors if you are not one of the clever people who do not have Boxing Gloves on when they type. It is also very clever in spelling if you are not too clever at it yourself. I have done a lot of dictating using this product and all in all it has saved me a lot of time and fingerwork correcting errors and spelling mistakes. I am even using this product for filling in forms and I'm using it now . I consider this to be a good purchase and one which I would not wish to be without now that I have mastered it. Would I buy another one? Yes I would.

- there are really no bad points about this product unless you consider that getting it going takes a little while, purely because the programme has to get used to the way that you speak. In the beginning you have to have patience whilst it collates the way that you talk. If you do not talk as you normally would ,and do not use full sentences you will find that there are more mistakes than you would wish for. Most of the bad points are in the way that you use this program and not with the program itself. Speaking clearly precisely and knowing what you want to say, helps it to do exactly what you want it to do. Whilst dictating this message I have needed to alter six words simply because I did not speak clearly.

+ I like it because it allows me to think about what I want to say and not worry about what I'm typing on a form to see in what I'm saying now is due to the programme. But generally it is good

- I get frustrated when it refuses to type in the box that either asked it to I don't seem to be able to get round this problem. Even though I click on the box I want to write in. It still refuses like just now so it would be nice to have some updates to sort this out. Thanks

+ it works, and it gets better

- sometimes its just stubborn and will not get it right and manual correction is required, but this gets less of an issue as you go along.

+ as with any speech recognition software its all about the initial corrections then after a while everything works to your own voice.Time and effort saved typing x time used to correct???? Good enough!! would recommend.

- Difficulty in accepting punctuation

+ Once you get used to it it works reasonably well.
The mere fact that it works at all is really a marvel and it is able to respond most of the time to the most obtuse dictated statements.

- I could not get it to set up under Vista and had to load it using Windows XP. It would be better if the company provided a few more basic instructions in their printed book to get you going. As it is you keep on having to access information contained in the data held on the hard drive and it wastes time. It does not really go at the speed the software company state and in some cases is slow to respond to the spoken word.

+ Much improved reliability over earlier version. Worth having if typing skills not good and you are prepared to learn how best to use it

- Needs concentrated effort for mainly reliable results
