+ Good audibility and visibility.
- Bluetooth does not transfer phonebook to my pre-installed good quality Audi hands-free system. Your technical dept have checked with Swedish manufacturers. Purchasers will expect this to be a normal facility as I did.

This is a product aimed at the elderly user / visually or aurally impaired user, needing a phone with clear display, a larger keypad, and good sound and telecoil performance. It succeeds in all these areas.
It also features a (switchable) emergency button, which triggers a succession of text messages, followed by five number dials. For the frail elderly, or even a fit person who frequently works isolated and alone, it could be a life-saver.
- Would have preferred a small outside display to the two flashing diodes. Message alert is one short tone, and does not repeat.Predictive text is rather clumsy compared to some, and you cannot add words to dictionary.

- Can not change case whilst useing predictive text.Punctuation clumsy.Texting software lets this phone down bigtime.
