Simple to use
Makes a good coffee (so long as you buy good beans)
Easily detach milk jug and store in the fridge between uses
Looks great - Bad points:

Lattes could be hotter (Caps are fine though)
(Temperature can be improved with running a rinse/clean cycle prior to making one).

- Good points:

* Once you know what you're doing, it's easy to use (see bad points)
* Different beans give very different results so you can tune your coffee (proper Colombian is working out well if you like your coffee strong)
* Turns out excellent lattes and cappuccinos once you know the trick of running a milk clean cycle first to heat up those parts
* Easy to clean
* Very, very easy to live with. Walk in the kitchen bleary eyed first thing in the morning, switch it on and before the toast has popped there's decent coffee in your hand - Bad points:

* Once you know what you're doing, it's easy to use but that means guests have almost no chance -- the user interface is pretty poor
* If you don't run a milk clean cycle before making a latte or cappuccino, the first one will come out far too cold
* It's centred around 250ml cups which seem small until you get used to making coffee more often but it's so easy to get a second one that it's not too much of a problem
* Doesn't make a genuine long/americano coffee (but I've definitely become used to its idea of a long)

- Good points:
- Good selection of different drinks can be made.
- Bad points:
- Milk carafe is a bit fiddly to put on unless you lubricate (moisten with water) the connector on the coffee machine. Not much of a hassle but should mention this in the instructions.

- Good points:
- Very easy to use to make an array of coffee drinks ranging from espresso to caffe latte. The milk jug is easy to use and keep clean. If you want good coffee without much hassle, then this machine is great. It's the second bean to cup machine we've had (the first was entry level DeLonghi) and we're very happy with what this machine offers us
- Bad points:
- The delivered machine was defective and had to be replaced. Clearly that shouldn't happen - especially with a machine that has been factory tested. It does make me wonder about long term durability so I'd recommend taking out the 5 year cover because for that modest cost, it should give peace of mind over what would then be a realistic minimum lifespan.

Very good tasting and simple to make Cappucino, Latte and Latte Macchiato. Easy cleaning and milk jug goes in the fridge. - Bad points:
