+ I love the way it looks. I previoulsy had a two slice toaster so now it's great to be able to toast four slices at once and it toasts nice and evenly.
- It was quite expensive but having said that I would still recommend to a friend.

+ A good reliable machine. Chosen for the ability to select different degrees of "brown-ness" for his and her preferences. Second time I have bought this model and if this one gives the same length of service as the last I will be well pleased.
- Somewhat deep footprint on normal depth kitchen worktops.

+ Looks fantastic, easy to use, I like the reheat function. Very easy to clean too.
- If you only toast one slice of bread then one side is not toasted the same as the other, there is quite a considerable difference. Having said this if you toast 2 slices then they are perfect.

+ Looks good
- too sensitive - was consistently inconsistent, by that I mean that without moving the dial the toast was not always the same colour. Too underdone or too well done. Does not toast on both sides evenly. Does not take large slices.
