- Easy to use, very stylish and compact
- Bad points:
- The 2 cup coffee container is very tight when using 2 coffee pods instead of loose ground. If you are not using the milk frother you need to make sure the cup is warmed well or the coffee is not as hot.

- Excellent coffee! This machine realy does make a great coffee.I have used both ground coffee and pods getting the perfect coffee eveytime. The milk frother produces a smooth creamy foam.

- None really, just we had to buy a couple of specific mugs as the ones I use daily didnt fit under without removing the drip tray. Just bad luck though, not a fault of the product.
