- Uneven bread toasting. Same performance as cheap toasters. Bread needs to be turned over half way through to toast both sides of the slice equally then turned upside down to toast top half of the slice the same as the bottom half.

- I fail to understand why a designer of a toaster can design a product that does not take a normal (large-sliced loaf)) slice of bread without cutting off the to 2 / 3 cms of the slice. The fundamental purpose of a taoster is to make toast and you would expect the company involved to ensure it accepts "all sizes" of standard loaves.
