- After two returns I have a laptop that looks quite nice

I had to return the products I bought twice as they were faulty and not as described
I had to pay for the postage twice
This laptop final cost allot more than I bargained
When installing new SSD hard drive it is apparent that the drivers sent with the machine were far from complete or compatible and the additional software that was installed on the laptop was absent.
The information lights on the laptop do not work correctly and I was told there is nothing that can be done
I have had no offer of compensation for my trouble or the additional and unnecessary expense I have incured
