- Believed I was buying a laptop that was 3G compatible. The instruction booklet tells you how to fit a sim card. Theres a slot for it and as I say instructions on how to fit it. I spent £20 on it. When I rang dell they said it was a mistake that the booklet tells you that and that should only be sold I America but yet they were unwilling to do anything about it. Also I bought it for my daughter who goes to boarding school when she received it she rang to tell me it had no facility for plugging it into the wall for Internet access, I subsequently found out I had to spend an extra £99 on the docking station. This made this an expensive laptop. Had I known I probably would have thought again. We have no broadband facility where we live so the 3G element was very important. Apparently when checking out this particular laptop I inadvertently went on the American website not dell uk. When you're not computer savvy like me these are not things you realise. I feel like I've been misled by dell. My daughter really wanted this particular laptop and wants to keep it even without 3G but I would have tried to send it back I'd I could.

- Good points:
- Awesome design, and great features, the touch screen works great once you get used to it, I bought a little stylus for it and works a treat. I only really use it for uni work and browsing the internet, so the touch screen is just a neat feature for easy browsing and laziness. Perfect mix between tablet/netbook/laptop.
- Bad points:
- Can be a little bit slow at times, but not enough for me to worry about as i only used in for microsift office and firefox mainly.
