Could not connect to internet dispite having good experience with this also tech support could not get me connected either, bought this as a xmas present really disppointed wityh this product. As I tried to connect to browser kept getting message that programes were already running???????
Wouldn't recommend this, have bought 3 other acer netbooks and didnt have any problems so far..
