Cuisinart BRK200U Stone Oven and Grill

+ Very easy to use, really quick warm up time, great addition to my kitchen - haven't minded turning off my heat storage range cooker so much this summer!

- Not quite wide enough to fit my own baking trays but coming with its own, this has been easy to get round.

+ Absolutely loved this oven, and I used to be a chef in a Michellin-starred restaurant in Mayfair, so I am very fussy. It is very well made, large on the inside but just the right size to fit on my microwave in my kitchen. I bought it as I needed a small oven in my kitchen where there wasn't an oven supplied, and I was worried it wouldn't do the job. It's better than a full sized oven. It gets very hot so you can cook bread and pizza really easily, brilliant for cakes, and you can bake normally or use the convection oven if you want to cook quicker. You can also toast and grill in it, something missing on small ovens. excellent door as well, nice and solid. It looks great and works well. It has two shelves so you can cook something at a normal temperature on the bottom shelf, and do things that need a higher heat on the top shelf. It also comes with a great square baking sheet, pizza stone, 2 shelves and a pizza spade so you can get pizzas and anything else easily in and out.

+ The cooker is of practical size for positioning and is ideal for those who prefer to cook in a more traditional way as opposed to microwaves. We purchased this cooker for our daughter to use whilst living in a bedsit with very limited kitchen space and she finds it excellent. She cooks roasts, quiches and anything else you would cook in a larger sized oven.

+ Compact, looks stylish, saves heating up huge oven now two out of three children have left home.
Still perfectly capable of cooking roast chicken for three, plus roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding.

- A little tricky to clean inside top panel, but this is a minor drawback, considering its overall excellent performance.

+ A great 2nd oven when one isn't sufficient. It made a lovely roast chicken.

+ Economical, fast cooking, cooks Pizza the perfect way (i.e. cooked all over at once). Its relatively small size allows to be moved around easily. Very Good Value for Money. Very recommended.
