- the only issue with the coffee maker is the condensation, but if you have a tea towel to hand then no problems. When looking at reviews there where some issues with reliability but mine seems fine.

Score 8.0/10+ The size of the unit means that it fits neatly between base and wall-mounted kitchen units. Also, for the capacity (12 cups) it doesn't take up too much room on the worktop. We loved the fact that the coffee is HOT on dispensing, even after an hour or so after brewing. The 1-4 cup function is an added bonus.

- parts easy to clean except for lid which collects a lot of condensation and coffee grains that have splashed back, arguably too much plastic in design making it look slightly cheap
