- Simple product, ideal for a holiday home where there is no facility for a normal washing machine with the plumbing requirements
- Bad points:

The mat provided broke up on its first use and is clearly not strong enough to withstand the centrifugal force.
Needs loading carefully or the machine will \'walk' all over the floor.

Water spin off pipe is not very good for convenience.
The shape means one has to hold it for thewhole of the time it is spinning and as I am an older person with Arthritus I have found this very difficult.
I did call the customer service but they could only offer another plastic holder which is impossible to fix anywhere.
Otherwise ok.
