Impressive speaker size. - Bad points:

Cable that connects speakers together could be longer (it is only 1.5m), at the moment with the cable supplied I have to straddle the cable on top of the desk instead of behind, will probably end up having to buy a cable extension in future to look tidier (note cable cannot be just replaced as it is fixed to the left speaker).
Although the speaker size is also positive, I should also point out that they are BIG (much bigger than the photos suggest), if your upgrading from a much cheaper set, I'd say expect these to be twice the height of your old stuff.

Score 9.0/10I wanted to replace them with a more powerful set and get rid of the bass unit, so when I researched it I found the Gigaworks T40s which seemed to have excellent reviews.
I am not disappointed.
Although they are quite tall they have a small footprint and sit quite happily at either side of my desk. They have a sleek look even though they are unobtrusive.
The sound from them is fantastic for my needs. I am not an "aficionado" but appreciate a good sound. I mostly use them to play music whilst sat at the computer and sometimes when wandering around the house.
Simple to connect up and use.
Treble, Bass and Volume buttons as well as headphone socket and 3.5mm jack at front - all to hand and easy to use.
Good build quality.
Fantastic product.
Do what they say on the tin!
