Score 9.0/10+ Spring hinges - great retro aviator style - similar to Ray-Ban Caravans. Nice thin wire sides do not obscure peripheral vision. As a pilot I can recommend them - I looked around at a few of the more expensive frames typically associated with aviation, and frankly I wouldn't hesitate in buying another set of these.
- The only bad points - if you can call them that - are the nose pads, which aren't the softest of materials and became noticeable after a few hours. I got some nice soft silicone ones off ebay for a few quid - perfect!

Score 10.0/10+ For the price they have a good appearance and should appeal to a large potion of the population, also they fit my criteria which is important because you cannot design specifically for you , you have to accept the nearest measurements.
- The most awkward point is the measurement which is not on the optical prescription. I worked mine out and they did a good job of fitting me.

after purchasing a similar pair to these I noticed a marked difference in the quality,this pair will not sit correctly because the frame is very flimsy, you have to adjust to get lenses in right plane.
also the glasses case has now become cheap and nasty, possibly if you did away with the freebies ie the plastic eye and the budgie mirror, and put this back into the quality of the glasses.
