Good points:: It was a christmas present for my daughter and i was able to purchase it with my vouchers mainly with some cash in addition. Telephone centre staff were very helpful as were the instore direct staff who took the items to the car as i am a wheelchair user.
Bad points:: The product was broken, there were two things the microphone and the touch pad. When i called and arranged an alternative the member of staff at the call centre arranged for it to come to the house and i had to wait in from 7am to 7pm at ten to 7pm i rang to check what was going on and i was told it had been arranged to be sent to the local store and it had been sitting there for the past 2 days. I was disappointed for my daughter and very cross i had waited in all day then i had to go out and collect it from the local store, this made me quite angry as i was clearly told it would delivered and exchanged to the home address.

Good points:: I bought this Product so that I can practice My music. it keeps all I need together, easy accessable and quick to use.
I intend to use it for a garden presentation and talk later in the year and have not yet put on the things I need , But am Hopefull it will do what I need it to.
I also plan to use it while away in the caravan, yet to happen.

Good points:: I found this netbook easy to set up and use. Its reliable and fast and everythiong I need for surfing the web
Bad points:: As with most PC's, battery life is never as good as described but I fnd that a small issue as the overall performance is very good.

Good points:: Brought for my Daughter for Christmas lovely light weight neat and compact netbook which has a really nice keypad. Easy to set up, having researched other netbooks we found this very good value for money and no complaints. Would definately recommend.
