I think that the design and style which is modern and streamlined is exceptional for a product in thid price range - I just hope that some poor Chinese child is not getting paid slave labour wages. It was simple to make up and seems sturdy in construction but I am not sure how hard wearing the surface will be. I have not actually used the usb port yet

It would have been good to have had some way of clipping or channelling cables from the laptop, printer, desk lamp etc.

The bottom shelf is fairly deep - it can get in the way of your feet.
Needed to tape the USB hub wire up out of the way.

I found the style of the desk quite appealing. The inbuilt USB ports seemed like a good idea at the time.

My main concern with the desk is that the area where I use my mouse is now (after 10 weeks) worn and the laminated desktop has taken on a mottled appearance. I would recommend anyone buying this desk to ensure that they use a mousemat.
Also, the USB port is actually a bit useless. You cannot leave things plugged in there as they stick out and get knocked. A hub on the side would have been more use.

There is plenty of room for laptop and accessories, also enough room for two people to sit together. The 4 way USB connector is a bonus as you don't have a lot of cable around the computer. Reasonably robust and easy to assemble. Good value and money well spent.

Poor finish to the top where the melamine lifts. i had to return one desk. The second one the edging was peeling but I needed the desk so repaired with superglue.
