+ purchased as a replacement for a 13 year old Creda model so was familiar with controls etc.
Had to call help desk to order a replacement window, see below. No problems noted.

- Main Oven heat proof inner window disintegrated as temperature increased, window subsequently replaced.

+ Hot hob indicator lights, easy timer use, split grill. Accurate temperature in ovens (tested). Oven volumes good. Great contol on simmer on hobs.

- Hob indicator lights (4) need an outline to determine which hob is still hot. Timer on lower oven only. Top oven uneven for cakes, rear is hotter.

+ Clear individual control labelling
Separate control for each function

- Control labelling slightly hidden by front overhang

+ |Looks good, cooks evenly in both ovens, hob excellent, very useful double ring. Easy to clean glass doors- both ovens. Sturdy construction. Except see* in Bad points. Overall, very pleased with it.

- Difficult to see which knob relates to which ring on hob, (picture is tucked under knobs) Timer controls a bit flimsy and protrude- would be better as flush buttons.

+ Self clean liners in both ovens, many other makes don't have this.Ovens ,grill .and hobs heat very quickly .Even I can use it, when my wife lets me!!

- Nothing worth mentioning.

- Slowest fan over I have ever come across - ofter slower than a convensional over. Not what I expected from a more expensive model.

- you have to look under the knobs to see which ring your turning on.

+ The rings and oven heat up very quickly. I am delighted with the overall performance of the cooker.

- I'm not so keen on the handle for the grill pan although it doesn't affect the use of the grill in my home.

- oven thermostat set below oven knob temperature. grill pan has a fixed handle so not able to store in grill with the door closed.

+ very easy to clean, the knobs have collars which can be lifted up to clean underneath really well, looks lovely, love the light in both the main and top oven. Very quiet on operation and cooks perfectly each time. I also love the one and half hob top very good for use with a big pot.

- The only bad point is that the dial indicators are not visable from standing at the cooker, you physically have to move back and look down to see what ring or oven you are putting on as they are located below the dial themselves. I am sure I will get used to it in time

+ really good in every way also that on alot of cooking in the fan oven you do not have to pre-heat.
the hob is spacious and easy to clean with the products, there is nothing bad to say about it.

- Shelves in bottom oven hard to remove in a hurry or when the oven is hot. Oven door has a habit of swinging closed when removing items from the oven - make sure you wear sleeves!!! - I wish I had??

+ Simple to use, cooks evenly. Hob & oven heat up quickly. Optional larger ring at front is very useful. Warning lights when hob is still warm are good.

+ conventional upper oven is capacious and adequate for roasts etc. Great for keeping things warm. Lower oven is large and efficient. Found cooking Xmas dinner a lot easier than with my built in single fan oven. Plenty of room on the top. Also, I like the look of the oven which fits in well with my units. Bars on the doors great for hanging tea towels on. The double plate is very useful for large pans and frying pans etc.

- A minor criticism is that the switch for the double plate can be a bit confusing if you are in a hurry.

+ Easy to clean, good view of food cooking in the oven, smart looking.

- Poor placement of labelling in regard to which knob relates to which plate, especially if you are above 5ft tall.

- Takes too long to heat up. Gets hotter at the front of the fan oven than the back. The numbers on the fan oven dial are too small. Would prefer the hottest ring to be at the front.

- 3 of the spots are too slow for boiling. Grill cooks unevenly. Fast boil spot is at the back: not convenient when browning meat. Can't see into oven if grill is on.

+ It looks good and is easy to clean. It is efficient and reliable.

- just the labelling of the knobs. Would be better above the knobs and therefore easier to see. Also easy to slam the door on the grillpan handle as it is easy not to push it all the way in.

+ The lights in both ovens.

- I wish that both ovens had automatic cooking not just the main oven as some times a large oven is not needed. A third shelf in the main oven would be useful as would a second shelf in the top oven. If the shelves fitted both ovens then this would not be a problem.

+ Double ring very good for large Frying Pans.

- I can't read the oven temperature settings without my glasses.

- Annoying rattling noise as oven heating up which is most distracting to say the least.
I have to stand back every time to see what each control does as purpose is underneath.
Control numbers don't seem to correspond with output of heating elements, grill and ovens.

- Top oven glass has a tendancy to come out when removing trays. Setting clock can be confusing

+ Good cooker at a good price compared to high street prices

+ All controls easy to use. Grill pan easily locates in top oven.

- Grill could be a bit faster to heat up, but it's not a real problem.

+ It works well. It has a nice solid feel to it. It looks nice. I consider this was an excellent puchase.

- Not too important but the knobs on the front could be marked a little easier.

+ I like being able to vary the temperature on every element whether it be the hob or the Grill (especially the Grill - it allows you to have half or full Grill area and its variable too!!!)
Both ovens have lights so you can see how your food is coming along without having to open the door.
I am very pleased with it.

- Not so much a bad point for the regular user but it is difficult to see which area of the hob or oven you are using. The diagram for each area is underneath each knob and I had to stoop to look.
I dont need to look now as I know which one is which.
I had a Cannon about 20 years ago and the Baking Tin (which I STILL have today) that they supplied with it was of a much better quality than the one being sent now.

+ I like the overall appearance. The hot plates seem to heat more slowly than my previous red ring electric cooker, but once heated, they cook very evenly. I also like the fan oven, which cooks food on all shelves equally, rather differently than my previous non-fan oven.

- As the cooker is still 'new' to me, having to check under the switches which hot plate I am actually using - not visible at first sight.

- control markings under controls making it difficult to see unless you bend down but not a big deal

+ Eveything about this cooker is fantastic-I love it and do all the cooking even though my husband offers-it is so easy to use and both ovens heat so evenly, I can bake again. This cooker has made cooking a pleasure again instead of a chore.

- The only bad point I have found is the ease of which the cooker controls can be used-my son 18months can easily turn them on but is not in the kitchen unsupervised and is usually in his high chair or helping at the sink so it's not a problem just a little thing that i didn't think about but everything considered I would have still purchased this cooker as it really is fantastic!!!

+ Easy to use and clean. The height adjustable feet made it possible to make it exactly the same height as my worktops. You can see what's cooking without having to bend down and the minute minder stops me burning the food- This cookers cooks loads faster then my old one did! Looking forward to cooking Christmas dinner in it, one oven for turkey and an oven for the rest!!

- The twin grill and the twin hob control knobs are next to each other on the front and I keep turning the hob on instead of the grill!

+ attractive modern design, easy to keep clean hob, timer easy to use, knobs display clear and they click to confirm on and off.

- oven temperature dial not easy to read, grill pan plus handle hard to fit on grill shelf.

- Doesn't sit flush to the wall there is a 10mm gap. After using the hob there is a hot! light but it is not clear as to which part of the hob has been used.

+ It looks efficiently and very stylish. Our last oven was also fan assisted but did not cook evenly. No such problems with this oven. The top hobs are so easy to use and keep clean.

- When refitting the oven glass after cleaning, the glass slipped (it is heavy) and broke the PLASTIC retainers at the bootom. We had to purchase new ones.

- The oven shelves fit into slots behind the self cleaning liners therefore some parts are inaccecible for cleaning.

+ This is a smart stylish product, great colour (black), easy grip controls and very easy to clean. I have never purchased a Cannon product before but will certainly do so in the future

- When standing at the cooker most times the clock time is reset as the buttons for the clock are pressed in accidently too easily and you have to keep resetting the time.
The grill handle doesn't seem to fit on the grill pan anywhere safely.

- we think that the ring indecation symbols should be above the knobs for easy veiwing when cooking on the hob, other wise i love it

- Clock settings too sensitive and move should you lean against them. Numbers too small on the temperature controls for the ovens.

+ Light inside both top and bottom oven is great, shelves are static when taking things out of the oven. Easy to clean and keep looking good

- Position of the knobs make seeing which ring is being switched on difficult. On the ring and grill that can be twin or single heat it's confusing as to which way you turn the knob to get the right heat - maybe it's me!

+ Nice silver design, rings heat up very quickly, handles on the two ovens are great of hanging kitchen towels and oven gloves. Living alone, I find it great to store oven trays in the lower oven (which I rarely use) whilst using the top oven on a day-to-day basis. Then when I have friends round I can use the larger lower oven.

- As other have said, the door on the lower oven does tend to swing when opened. Also the top oven takes a while to get to temperature. The ring identifiers could be better placed, but are easily visible.

- Small rings on hob not hot enough, grill pan not a great shape

+ All hob plates heat to a steady temperature making it easier to cook.
When top oven is on, plates can be warmed in the big oven - I find this extremely usefull.

- The on/off dials should have a light above to say they are on, it would be easier to check all were off at the end of cooking time.
The numbers on the oven controls are extremely small and not easy to read.
