this is the best program to protect my computer ...it blocks all unauthorized programs ... an when i had i had any problems they were prompt to let me know what to do to get rid of all viruses and adware/spyware ...

- My PC found difficulties upgrading to version 7.5 (long agoo). It was because my pc is an Acer. (I always stayed secure with the older version and upgraded later to version 8.0 without any problem).

- I had trouble intalling it - a trial version was on the computer when purchased but when I bought a permanent version it wouln't install because a version was already present.
