- although sound quality is good at receiving end, have had lots of friends complain that they can hardly hear me at their end and end up speaking very loudly as though talking to a person hard of hearing.

- Easy to set up sound on both answer machine and phone are excellent would recommend it for anyone with hearing issues and pain in hands issues as you can put it on hands free and speak and hear very, very well. Best phone I have ever brought.
