Some customer reviews of BT Synergy 5100 Twin Digital Cordless Phone with SMS Texting
Most helpful reviewsConfirmed purchaser
- Good points:
- Good features, lots of memory for numbers, very easy to install and use, easy to send SMS, very economical (but I think ours were factory refurbs)
- Bad points:
- Space for names is short - useful to be able to store so many numbers, but it would be helpful to have more characters for each even if it meant being able to store fewer.

- Good points:
- Unlike mobiles, which nowadays let you do everything except talk to people, the BT1100 does exactly what it says on the box, and it does it well. I don't use some of its features, such as SMS texting, but the phone to phone intercom facility is wonderful, and well used in our household. Its coverage takes in from the front wall to the back fence and is crystal clear, unlike earlier cordless models. Well satisfied.
- Bad points:
- Nothing to note.

Score 9.0/10Clock display in analogue- I would prefer it digital but could not find anywhere how to change it/ may be I can't.
can't use 'caller display' feature -does not exist in our aera-which I did not know until I wanted to sign for it. I know it's not the phone's manufacturer's fault.
