- Good points:
- Overall the phones work very well. The sound quality is good and the hands free option is excellent. The range is more than adequate for our needs. They have proved to be very reliable so far as well.
- Bad points:

The sound quality of the answer phone tends to be a bit distorted most of the time. When using Caller ID each handset records the callers who have phoned; these have to be deleted one by one on every handset. An option to allow these calls to be deleted of all handsets with one operation would be a vast improvement.

- After a period of time the phones start cutting out when you go to answer a call, until they become almost unusable. Checked online and this is common with these phones.
