- Good points:
- These phones were easy to install. They look very neat & the find the phone button is a great idea as I'm forever putting the upstairs handset down & leaving it somewhere daft like in the washing basket! The caller id display is clear & the answer phone has saved endless calls from my mother in law !! Peace!
- Bad points:
- The speaker sound quality is not very good but that could also be something to do with the general reception in our area. The ring tones took some getting used to but are fine.

- Not many but cheap, would not have paid full price
- Bad points:
- No speaker if you get caught in a long wait! No proper instructions and what you have hard to follow. Can't re-listen to message on reciever you have to press buttons and listen on phone if you have missed bits.

50 Name and number directory
Your handset can store up to 50 of your most frequently used names and numbers.
Caller Display with up to 40 number calls list*
See who is calling you before you answer the phone. The calls list holds details of your last 40 callers, including the phone number and time and date of the call. If a number matches a stored phonebook entry, the caller’s name is displayed alternately with the number.
Call Waiting*
With Call Waiting, if you are on a call and another call comes in, you hear a soft beep in the earpiece. When used with Caller Display you can see who is calling whilst on another call, providing the number of the caller is not withheld.
Secrecy
Whilst on a call, use the secrecy feature to talk to someone else in the room without your caller hearing you.
10 Last number redial
Easily redial any of the last 10 numbers called from the redial list.
Choice of base and handset ringer melodies
There are 5 different ringer melodies for the base and 5 for the handset so you can personalise your BT Studio 3500. There are also five ringer volume control levels so you can set the ringer at a volume to suit you, or you can switch it off altogether.
Answering machine with up to 13 minutes digital recording time
The answering machine has two pre-recorded outgoing messages (answer & record and answer only option) or you can record your own. You can playback messages via the base loudspeaker or privately through the handset and you can screen calls. There is a memo feature so you can leave messages for other handset users and you can access your answering machine remotely and listen to your messages when you are away from home.
*You must subscribe to a Caller Display or Call Waiting Service for these features to work. A quarterly fee may be payable.
