+ Once set up, easy to use. Good to have 2 options for messages. Suits our purpose perfectly.

- A bit easy to knock the buttons if machine is being moved. Safest in a set area or wall mounted

- Only a small point but it would be handy to know exactly how many messages have been left and not the maximum indication of "9". It would also be useful to have the correct date attached to each message rather than the "today" messwage, regardless of when the message was left.

- Shows only 9 messages regardless of actual number left on machine. Also refers to messages left today even though they may have been left over a number of previous days.

- Would prefer a brighter flashing light that indicated silently that messages were waiting Thought the couriers were a bit dippy about delivery. I asked them to try an alternative flat in the block of flats where I live and they failed to do so. Asking them to redliver they will only try two alternative flats. I can see they do not want to stand there long time pushing flat buttons, but taking the item back to the depot is no good either. Courier deliveries to people out at work is a problem area for fulfilment.

+ I was looking for a replacement answering machine with all the features of my old one. This fit the bill exactly.

+ Compact and light, sufficient features and easy to use.

- The playback volumn is much too quiet for use in an office. Probably OK in a sound proof room; but if you were at all hard of hearing or in a small office like ours, with the windows open and traffic noise, almost impossible to hear the recorded messages.
