Score 9.0/10+ Size of letters and numbers grand for the poorly sighted and "hands free" especially useful for the hard of hearing as the sound is very clear and the volume good.
- None really - personally I find the huge instruction manual a bit daunting and would like a simpler explanation of how to set the various options. After 2 months have not discovered how to operate all aspects of the phones memory system and options - this is probably an age thing!
