I am glad you contacted me and give me the opportunity to voice my frustration.
I have had what I thought was an identical machine from brother before for many years.
Unfortunately it turned out to be a very difficult machine to install. - Bad points:

I have had 3 competent people to help me install it. All 3 spent a lot of time on it and found it very frustrating.
I am giving you feedback on your machine not the retailer.
My complaint is that now the machine is up and running it alows only 3-4 rings before my answer machine will kick in. This is very inconvenient. We have tried alternatives but then we had fax noises during a conversation.
Pls advise and comment.

- It is much smaller and lighter than its predecessor and does almost all the same things.
- Bad points:
- Feels little frail compared with its predecessor , which was quite old. I just feel the paper feed and telephone was better in th old model...
