Good points:: I bought the machine after spending some time looking at information and reviews, for its ability to scan, copy and print and for its duplex capability. I don't uses faxes. I have not explored and used all its facilities yet but it has not disappointed in any of the work so far done on it.
Bad points:: None found as yet.

Good points:: Reasonable footprint, does not take up too much valuable space. One month on, no problems after lots of use. Does "everything it says on the tin". I would buy again.
Bad points:: Toner cartridges seem expensive, but I guess they all are.
