+ Compact and resonably quiet. no complaints from the users of the machine anyway. Also it uses the same toners as some of our other fax machines so we don't have to get another different cartridge.

- ONLY ONE PROBLEM - VERY AWKWARD TO CANCEL A FAX IN PROGRESS, CANT JUST STOP IT BY PRESSING CANCEL - HAVEGOT TO PRESS A LOT OF KEYS !
ALSO STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO AMEND A FAX NUMBER ALREADY PROGRAMMED - FOLLOWED BOOKLET - NOT MUCH USE.

+ It does what it says it should. Reasonably easy to set up and use. Hasn't broken down or let me down in any way. Good piece of equipment so far. I would give it ten but feel it may be a bit premature at the present time, ask me in twelve months!
