- Good points:
- The printer set-up first time and once the software was installed I could scan and print over the network with ease. Its a good scanner, copier and the Duplex printing saves lots of paper.
- Bad points:
- I had to go and find the windows 7 software. The one on the supplied CD installed but failed to function properly. My only issue with this printer is that I wanted to have a spare set of toner for it as a precaution and I can by a new printer with toner for less than a set of cartridges so if that continues to be the case when the toner is done I will get another device.

- So far this machine does everything we want it to.......the print qualityty of photos is much better than we anticipated, it works quietly and efficiently, it may be early days but for a small business this machine is making our job easier
- Bad points:
- The manual - having to download it - its huge - would have expected a proper printed copy from such a well known company

- Great performance, excellent quality printing and extremely quiet, does everything it says it offers, very easy to use, I particular like the tray indicator telling you when you are low on paper, love the automatic duplex, just right for news letters and greeting cards.

Score 9.0/10* "Starter" cartridges seem to have plenty of toner. So far printed 750 colour pages and 2,000 black pages with no sign of running out (but no idea how much toner is left)
