- Good points:
- Water is always very cold and the product looks good in the kitchen.
- Bad points:
- Such a long winded way when the filter runs out and the whole thing needs cleaning throughout, I am sure they could find an easier way for cleaning. I do know some people who do not use theirs anymore, as they have full time employment and not enough hours in the day, so the machine is not cleaned therefore not used, and they would not recommend it to any of their friends.for this reason.

- Have had 2 of these chillers and whilst the mood lighting is quite effective and the chilled water refreshing, its a pity both broke within 24 hours
