+ Makes toast just as I like it, (very light) as it has number controls on it to determine how light or dark the toast is cooked!

- Switches are quite hard to pull down, and you have to use a lot of force sometimes causing the toaster to topple!

+ does what it's supposed to do - toasts bread reliably

- It's a bit big. If you unplug it, the settings you've selected are lost and you have to reset it when you plug it in again.

+ Good long slots, variable widths and digital settings

- Like all other toasters I have seen it will not take a piece of Warburtons bread, don't know what Warburtons are thinking of making their bread too big for toasters. You either have to cut a bit off or have an un-toasted bit.

+ Digital setting for toasting amount. Can set each of the pairs of slots to a different toasting amount. Browns single pieces of bread more evenly than previous toasters, but still not perfect.

- Only minor, but "Notch" around top of toaster acts as a crumb collector!

+ Looks great. Cooks nice toast and all the bread we have tried has fitted in well. Great that you can set the two sets of elements for different settings. I'm very happy with the purchase.

- The only slight negaitive is that the numbered LEDs for the browness setting are quite bright and as a consequence we tend to turn the toaster off at the plug once we've finished. When you turn it back on the settings are back to 5 again (we tend to use setting 4) but it is only one button push away which is not really a problem.

+ Toasts the bread very evenly and copes well with different sizes and textures of bread.

- A very minor point - toaster doesn't save the browning settings when you switch the power off, but it's no big deal to reset them when you switch on again.

+ Looks good, well built.

- A standard slice of toast doesn't fit in this toaster. Also, the power cord is very short. As it states not to put the toaster unit a kitchen unit then this presents a problem on where to use the toaster.

+ Great toaster, does what it is meant to do and that is toast. Great having the lights count down to indicate how long you have to wait for the toast to pop. Slots are long and wide enough to take any make of loaf that we use.

- Only downside like another reviewer pointed out is that there is a rim between the outer shell and the toasting compartment at the top and crumbs do get stuck.
