- The instructions seem poorly put together. It seems very difficult to work out how to do things, although the information is all there it can take ages to find it - even though it's only a leaflet rather than a booklet. It's not put together in a user-friendly way, somehow.

+ Easy to use and compared to my other noisey machine its so quiet. I like knowing when the cycle is going to finish and how long it has left to run at a glance

- Even though it has a big 6kg drum on some washes you can only use 3kg. The bleeping at the end of the cycle until you switch the machine off is slightly irratating.

+ Simple to use, ample programs, nice looking. Fairly quiet. 112 mins normal wash not too bad.

- Seems that with a 1200 spin the clothes are a little damper than the rubbish hoover 1300 it replaced. I know its slower but it is 10 years younger so thought it might be better than that.

- Push buttons are too easily accidentally pushed when leaning over the sink draining board as the machine is situated under the sink unit.

+ delayed start feature is good, and well implemented; much quieter than our old machine (although the noise it does make is quite high pitched); I like the "ready in" display. The beeping can be switched off, or adjusted - read the manual!

- I wish they'd label the detergent drawer sections; and I've have preferred if the door opened on the other side.

+ For a Bosch, the price was very good. There are a range of features and you can wash at low temperatures. It has a good carbon efficiency rating.

- I miss the ability to stop the programme once it's started. In my old Bosch, I could halt the wash if I found a something else to put in if it had only started for a few minutes, but in this one, you can't. It's rather noisy!

+ it takes all soap, previous wm left soap in the drawer. does not move. you can set timig on it which is fab you can program the wm to have the laundry ready in 2-3 4 hours so you can set it in the morning and ready but the time you come back home

- the only thing is that the bottoms are digital and if you simple touch it te cycle stops. also when it finish washing it beeps and wont stop until you come and switch it off

+ Good machine, says what it does on the package. This is my second Bosch, the previous lasted years so it seemed the natural choice. This one has proved better then I expected - I love it. Quiet, easy to use and thorough. Not to complex with endless usless choices that you will never use. Very happy with this.

- Can't think of any. I noticed that other people have commented on the infernal beeping that the machine does when it has finished a wash. AlI I can say is that it does indeed beep but if you ignore it it stops... eventually.
