Score 10.0/10+ It is very thorough and the steam goes right throug the clothes which means you do no have to iron the back of the items. It is also very easy to use. At last I have found an item that really saves me time.
- I havenot found any yet. Perhaps the only thing is that it is quite bulky and I trouble finding a place to keep it.

Score 9.0/10+ This was purchased to replace a kenwood steam generator iron which i thought was irreplacable as it was brilliant. However this iron (although it does not have as many features as my old one) is a really good iron and I am delighted with it. It "steams" through everything easily leaving no creases and is light to use. I dont have to top it up as much as I had to with my previous one and I would cerainly recommend it.
- None really except I miss having a handle to carry it with.

Best Steam generator yet. We have water that "eats" steam irons inside a year even boiling water before use.
This has a separate tanks from which it draws. Time will tell but so far excellent.

Score 10.0/10+ Delighted with this iron, it was bought to replace a Kenwood model which I thought was unbeatable. It's easy to use, heats up quickly and has a very good steam output. It doesn't need topped up with water as often as my previous iron but seems to have as much steam. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend.
- No bad points really, only perhaps the fact that it has no handle and maybe some folk would find it difficult to carry it.
