- Good points:
- the iron is lightweight got a huge reservoir will allow you to iron a full basket without refilling. However, if you do need to refill its no problem as you can do this whilst still ironing. The sole plate glides and nothing sticks I really like this iron I have used 2 other makes and this is definitely the best. Love it ( still hate ironing though)
- Bad points:
- takes a few minutes to come to steam at beginning but then fine.

- Easy to use and clean
- Bad points:
- Does take a lot longer to get to temperature than my last model did but when you get a decent result just put the kettle on and make a cuppa whilst the iron and tank heats up.

- Easy to fill because you dont have to turn off the iron.
- Bad points:
- When switching off it gives off a massive amount of steam and water sometimes comes out of the iron all over your clothes.

- Good points:
- Much more powerful issue of steam than any ordinary iron, therefore gives a better finish.
- Bad points:
- Bulky. Not great at steaming hanging items, particularly sleeves: should perhaps have another specially designed attachment head for that purpose. Am probably guilty of asking too much from a moderately-priced piece of kit.

Score 10.0/10It doesn't take long to heat up.
Previously I had a "Laura Star" Iron and this compares very well with this - and I really thought it would not compare at all!
I always put the machine on my worktop and put the actual iron on the ironing board as normal and not on the machine itself.
I have the ceramic plated bottom which I love and no danger normally of burning any fabric.
Its difficult to empty the boiler and heavy as I suffer from Arthritus in my hands - trying the keep the iron stable while I empty the boiler is a bit of a faff!
