I think that the pods are quite expensive.
The machine is also very expensive I bought it when it was on special offer otherwise I would not have purchased it at the full price.

Fairly quiet machine noise.
Quick drink making process.
Drinks can be made to individual taste. - Bad points:

Awkward cup sizes. I mostly make costa lattes which are extra large and it was difficult to find a big enough mug.
Needs quite regular cleaning.
