- not sure if the dishwasher exterior will remain unmarked for long - the coating at the top of the door seems to be looking a little scuffed -

+ The low noise levels and the cleanliness of the items after the wash are both excellent.

- The times it takes to get through the cycles is disappointing and frustrating.

+ Good cleaning, versitility of rack positioins, good time for each cycle and not too noisy. Glass holders are a very good idea.

- Plate racks not able to spilit in 2 on bottom rack which would give more variations of loading.

- The eco wash takes 2 hours 20 mins so a lot longer than my previous machine.

+ Easy to use, fits wine glasses with the option to remove glass holders.

No room for tall stemmed glassware at all, very poor as we use glassess a lot , Doesn't everyone?
The cups and mugs retain a lot of water as the dryer obviously isnt too good at evaporating the leftover water, so all items with hollow stems have to hand dried after washing cycle which again seems pointless and irritating when the whole thing should be done for you?

- Top tray is a little badly designed as far as mugs are concerned but with a little jostling you can get them in.

- Top rack not the best design for loading

+ Very quiet and cleans well on the economy cycle which is only 29 mins...my old machine took at least 90 mins! Very happy with our purchase, would definitely recommend.

- Top rack not as easy to load as my old machine, cant get as much in. However the bottom rack easily fits large dinner plates and plenty of them....we found that a lot of dishwashers couldn't hold our dinner plates as the rotary arm hit them.

+ Very quiet so great if you have an open plan kitchen / living area. Quick wash cleans every-day dishes well and only takes half an hour.

- Less roomy than my previous dishwasher due to rack configuration and the size of the cutlery holder - so it can be difficult to fit in pans.

+ It's nice and quiet, and performs very well. Very good value for money.

- Most of the cycles are very long (>2 hours) but this is my first dishwasher and perhaps that's as long as it takes. Tall wine glasses don't fit in very easily

+ Uses 2/3 the water of most dishwashers - 12L rather than 18L. Has a quick cycle (only 28 minutes) reliably clean and sparkly, therefore much more convenient, only difference is it doesn't waste time and energy fully drying the load. AAA rated.

+ It Cleans tea stains from mugs and cups without any problems. It is so quiet, and has a half wash and a quick wash, I am just so pleased, my friends who have the same machine recommended it to me.
