+ Cooks quicker and more evenly than a conventional oven.
Heats reasonably quickly.

- Should have a setting for illumination without the fan on.
Setting of delayed start on timer not intuitive.

Self Cleaning	Catalytic
Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
