Good points:: Self cleaning feature is excellent
Bad points:: Menu system is far too complicated. E.g. Our previous microwave/oven had a two touch menu to cook a whole chicken (with crispy skin) This device needs at least 7 different key presses to obtain the same result - and even then you have to double check with the operating manual!

Good points:: The comprehensive range of features, which includes pyrolitic cleaning. The lack of a microwave turntable. The ability to combine the functions of the 'second' oven / grill and microwave in a compact kitchen. The controls are well though out with useful default values. The build quality is very good.
Bad points:: The satin stainless finish is a bit bland. This oven is identical to equivalent Siemens products (same company), which offer a choice of finishes but are more expensive.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Convection (or fan) ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven.
