- Good points:
- A quiet machine which washes well and has plenty of loading room. There is good clearance for reasonably tall glasses etc. and the cutlery holder gives you the choice of an open section or closed with holes for the separate items; although if you used the gridded lid it may lift as you take the cutlery out. Very impressed with it so far and I only hope it lasts for many years, one of the reasons I chose Bosch.
- Bad points:
- All items are not bone dry, but no worse than any dishwasher. Installation instructions are not very helpful. There is a smell after the 1st wash which is still there after a few weeks of using the dishwasher. Curious. May have to get someone to look at that if it doesn't dissipate.

- Good points:
- As were my previous Bosch dishwashers, this seems solid and cleans well. I trust it will last as long- previous 2 lasted more than 8 years each in a busy household.
- Bad points:
- Not so happy with racks. In top shelf, plate racks don't fold flat and I can't seem to load as many mugs/glasses into it; also if replacing a previous model keep your knife rack because there isn't one. Bottom rack ok except no rack above at back; this was useful for holding cooking tools and held large trays in place when using option without top drawer. Maybe the extra money for the next model up would have been worth it, though I feel that they should have been included at this price. Bosch, your old racks were a better design!

- Installation simple.Easy to set cycle required and all items well cleaned.
- Bad points:
- Machine set for detergent powder and rinse aid rather than all in tablets.Quick wash better to cut tablets in half so they disolve better.
