Good points:: the good points about this phone is it just seems to have everything i want in a phone and l will certainly be upgrading in the near future to a newer version of the blackberry
Bad points:: speaker phone could be clearer as sometimes its hard to hear clearly and sometimes when dailing it takes a while for them to hear my voice after connection has been made.I normally say hello about 3 times before they hear me..

Good points:: Email and synchronisation. It's also small and neat, yet feels well made.
Bad points:: The 'BlackBerry Answers' option dominating the opening screen for the internet function. Accessing the internet is made tedious by the array of useless options before getting to any useful search point.
