+ Easy e-mail access & web browser. Qwerty keyboard easy to use with easy wifi setup.

- Replying to texts can mean starting from scratch as reply doesn't come up as an option on menu.

+ Instant Messaging, Email, Web Browsing, Facebook and Layout, it has everything you need.

- Camera has no flash so can only take photos during the day or in a bright room.

+ it is almost like a iphone with the applications you can download and the fun use of web browsing. i would recommend this to people who like the iphone but dont want the big price tag.

- the camera as hardly any use, its harder to use then most phones but still good quality pictures & videos

+ the overall look and use of phone is excellent.. very easy to use and looks fab.. pretty good battery life,, only needs charged every 3 days or so...navigation is really easy.. definately the best phone i have ever had. its that good my daughter go one aswell..xx

- internet takes forever to load.. still not surfed net properly.. not a major problem for me as i wouldnt really be using it for anything that important..

+ Fantastic product no real complaints at all.

- Battery life could be a little better but splitting hairs.

+ phone in general is simple to use , once you figure it out

- bluetoothing is a nightmare , and i don't like the way it puts you onto your last web browsing page when you try to get onto the internet

+ Looks great, and if you know your way around a blackberry then no issues.

- Downloads are slow and limited. Downloads can be buggy and cause problems or just not work properly. If you want to send emails and make calls then good phone, if you want to download apps, browse internet etc then although the ability to do so is in this phone it simply does not happen. Browsing the interent is slow and clumsy etc.

+ I'm a first time blackberry user and am delighted by its easy to function set up! Its brilliant

- No little pounch provided to keep it safe.

+ Average to good phone for someone who doesn't need frills.

- No GPS

+ Fantastic phone , love being able 2 receive emails and search the web .

- i have small hands but i still find it hard to text someone because the bottons are very small.
i also wished they came in different colours for example blue, purple, pink, green like ipod nanos.

+ THIS PHONE IS SMALL AND COMPACT AND VERY EASY TO USE.THE DESIGN LOOKS GREAT.

- THE ONLY BAD POINT IS THE BLUETOOTH FUNCTION,IT IS ONLY SET TO PAIR UP WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES IE: HEADSETS,YOU CAN RECEIVE FILES AND DATA FROM OTHER PHONES USING BLUETOOTH BUT IT IS VERY COMPLICATED TO DO SO.

+ the phone is perfect! i am able to use it for everything - sending group texts, calling home and emailing on the move.
and with the fantastic battery life it means i can use it all day long and not have to worry :)
i was really worried about getting a blackberry because i didnt know whether i would find it hard to work my way around it etc, admitingly the first few days were a bit tricky, but once u get the hang on it its fabbbb!
i love the music player easy to use, if u have free internet access its even better! its super easy to sync things onto your BB via your computer!
and blackberry messenger?! what a brillliant idea, i LOVE it!

- the camera :( its the only thing im upset about as it doesnt have a flash :( and only being a 2 megapixel its not even that great when its daylight.
