Good points:: It's excellent for keeping in touch with others via e-mail & the internet, good design and very easy to use. I like the organiser which tells you when you have a meeting or have to do something
Bad points:: Needs charging a lot. Have trouble with blue toothing anything over to others or vice versa

Good points:: E-mail, internet and music.
These are in my opinion the best thing about the phone.
Bad points:: Difficult to use to start off.
Camera, couldbe better quality.
Voice Dailing button could be changed, it's easily pressed and highly annoying after a bit.
