Good points:: I like the lock buttons in the top left.
The favourite bar is good
Bad points:: It's a long winded and fiddly getting into files on the computer and on the phone.
The network service plays up so i sometimes receive texts very late.
It often turns off then needs to be restarted and have the batteries taken out and put back in.
The keys are very small but the slant is good.
The games are boring and you cant change any settings.
The magnetic strop which means it turns off in the case doesn't work
Internet browsing id very slow.

Good points:: Does everything it says on the tin! great looking phone, easy to use, can pick up some good pay monthly deals on it.

Can keep track on more than one email account extremley easily.
Bad points:: only had problems once or twice with software updates and this was on the first day when had too many updates for the phone to handle in one go, since then the phone has not frozen/failed once and i ue it for business all the time.
