Good points:: Smart phone so has many extra features such as GPRS and push mail.
Bad points:: Unreliable. Internet is slow. Cannot view pdf files. Keeps crashing. Keep having to restart. Some messages don't come through. A lot of applications have had a negative effect on the phone.
